He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in marketing and finance from the Ted Rogers Business School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan (formerly Ryerson) University.

Michael has experience appraising various land types for acquisition, expropriation, litigation, financing and taxation purposes. He has assisted in valuation matters, on behalf of landlors and tenants, regarding office and retail lease renewals, and has contributed to several portfolio valuations.

Michael assists with research and preparation of appraisal reports and consulting assigments for commercial properties and residential/commercial development land.
