He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Management, Economics and Finance from the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.

Matthew has experience appraising various land types for expropriation, litigation, financing and taxation purposes. He has assisted in valuation matters, on behalf of individuals, corporations and municipalities.

Matthew assists with research and preparation of appraisal reports and consulting assignments for commercial properties and residential/commercial development land.
