She is a Student Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She earned an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University in 2016 and a Diploma of Real Property Administration (Appraisal and Assessment) from Seneca College.

Lauren assists in the research and preparation of appraisal reports and consulting assignments across the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area and Southern Ontario. Her primary responsibilities include research, preliminary analysis, and report preparation for expropriation purposes.

Lauren has experience in a variety of major asset classes including office, retail, and development land.
