Katherine is pursuing her AACI designation through the University of British Columbia and is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, majoring in Real Estate from Ryerson University. Katherine is a designated Right of Way Agent through the International Right of Way Association.

Katherine has expertise appraising a variety of land types for acquisition, expropriation, litigation, financing and taxation purposes.

Katherine assists with research support of appraisals for commercial properties and residential/commercial development land.
