REAL ESTATE ANALYST

Adam is pursuing the AACI designation through the University of British Columbia and is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, Honours with Co-operative and Marketing options.

Adam has experience appraising a variety of residential property types for mortgage financing, researching commercial properties and analyzing transaction data.

Adam assists with research in support of appraisals for a variety of commercial properties and residential/commercial development land.
