Mark Penney, MA, MCIP, RPP, PLE, AACI, P. App.
Mark is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser and a Registered Professional Planner. He received an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies (Honours Urban & Regional Planning) from the University of Waterloo and a graduate degree in Public Administration and Policy Studies from the University of Victoria. Mark has been qualified as an expert witness in both Land Use Planning and Real Estate Appraisal by the Ontario Municipal Board (now LPAT).


Kevin Villeneuve, B.Comm, AACI, P. App.
Kevin is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser and member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He earned an undergraduate degree in Business (majoring in Global Business Management) from St. Mary’s University in 2007, and also earned a post-graduate certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia in 2014. Kevin has experience appraising a variety of major asset classes including, office, industrial, retail, land, and special purpose properties, as well as evaluating the impact of injurious affection resulting from an expropriated partial taking.


Alex Pitt, B.A. (HONS) MA, AIC Candidate Member
Alex is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He received an undergraduate degree in History (Honours) from Bishop’s University and a graduate degree in Public History (Coop in Heritage Preservation) from Western University. Alex has over six years of experience in real estate consulting, including experience in appraisal and negotiation. His work in appraisal has focused on assisting in the preparation of appraisal reports for expert witness testimony and expropriation matters.


Eva Villeneuve, B.Sc., B.Ed.
Eva is on the path to becoming an accredited Real Estate Appraiser through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She earned an undergraduate degree in Education and Science from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2007 and Dalhousie University in 2005 respectively, and is currently enrolled in a post-graduate certificate program in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia. Eva assists in the research and preparation of appraisal reports and consulting assignments across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario.


Adam Fisher, B.B.A., AIC Candidate Member
Adam is pursuing the AACI designation through the University of British Columbia and is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, Honours with Co-operative and Marketing options.
