Mark Penney, MA, MCIP, RPP, PLE, AACI, P. App.
Mark is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser and a Registered Professional Planner. He received an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies (Honours Urban & Regional Planning) from the University of Waterloo and a graduate degree in Public Administration and Policy Studies from the University of Victoria. Mark has been qualified as an expert witness in both Land Use Planning and Real Estate Appraisal by the Ontario Municipal Board (now LPAT).


Jay Wong, AACI, P. App, PLE, SR/WA
Jay has over thirty-two years of experience as a professional appraiser with experience in valuing various types of urban & rural properties for acquisition & disposition, financing, leasing, estate, property taxation, and income taxation purposes.


Kevin Villeneuve, B.Comm, AACI, P. App.
Kevin is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser and member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He earned an undergraduate degree in Business (majoring in Global Business Management) from St. Mary’s University in 2007, and also earned a post-graduate certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia in 2014. Kevin has experience appraising a variety of major asset classes including, office, industrial, retail, land, and special purpose properties, as well as evaluating the impact of injurious affection resulting from an expropriated partial taking.


Lauren Chan, BURPl.
Lauren is on the path to complete her RPP designation and concurrently pursuing her AACI designation through the University of British Columbia. She is a Student Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She earned an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University in 2016 and a Diploma of Real Property Administration (Appraisal and Assessment) from Seneca College.


Katherine Badin, B.Comm, RWA, AIC Candidate Member
Katherine is pursuing her AACI designation through the University of British Columbia and is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, majoring in Real Estate from Ryerson University. Katherine is a designated Right of Way Agent through the International Right of Way Association.


Adam Fisher, B.B.A., AIC Candidate Member
Adam is pursuing the AACI designation through the University of British Columbia and is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, Honours with Co-operative and Marketing options.
