Mark is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser and a Registered Professional Planner. He received an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies (Honours Urban & Regional Planning) from the University of Waterloo and a graduate degree in Public Administration and Policy Studies from the University of Victoria. Kevin Villeneuve, B.Comm, AACI, P. App.

Kevin is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser and member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He earned an undergraduate degree in Business (majoring in Global Business Management) from St. Mary’s University in 2007, and also earned a post-graduate certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia in 2014. Kevin has experience appraising a variety of major asset classes including, office, industrial, retail, land, and special purpose properties, as well as evaluating the impact of injurious affection resulting from an expropriated partial taking. Alastair Wishart, B.A. (Hons), M.Sc., AACI, P. App., PLE

Alastair is an accredited Real Estate Appraiser. He received an undergraduate degree in Urban & Economic Geography from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science degree in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto. Mr. Wishart has over 20 years of experience providing professional valuation and advisory services. Alastair has given evidence in various private litigation and mediation matters and has presented evidence in the Ontario Superior Court to discuss urban planning issues in the context of a valuation dispute. Maria Ashfaq, B.Comm, AACI, P. App.

Maria is an Accredited Real Estate Appraiser with over 8 years of experience in a wide variety of appraisals and consulting reports in multiple asset classes. Her experience includes valuation preparation for the purposes of financing, litigation, arbitration and expropriation. She has completed reports for Canada’s largest development firms, institutional investors, pension funds, REITs and insurance companies.
